Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging or if it arrives broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. NilocG Aquatics Inc. pays for return shipping if it is our error.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@nilocg.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label free of charge if it is our error, otherwise actual return cost for a return label will be calculated, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. NilocG Aquatics Inc. will notify you if your return is accepted in 3 working days & inspect the package upon its arrival to our service site within 24-72 hours. Please note it can take up to 24-72 hours after your refund has been accepted to process your refund & your bank may take up to 14 days business days to fully process until you see the reflection on your bank statement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, please contact us if you have any questions.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

NilocG Aquatics Inc. will notify you if your return is accepted in 3 working days, & will send you a paid shipping label. We will inspect the package upon its arrival to our service site within 24-72 hours. Please note it can take up to 24-72  hours after your refund has been accepted to process your refund & your bank may take several business days to fully process until you see the reflection on your bank statement.   Refund will be minus original and return shipping cost.

 

Warranty 

NilocG Aquatics Inc. warranties most of its items. Please note NilocG Aquatics Inc. reserves the right to deny warranty or service at any point it sees fit.
